Showed up Saturday morning with Lennox A/C. Had my new unit installed and working by noon. I have an older home so it is never an easy job. The freon that he put in on Thursday worked like a charm (temp band aid but he said he wasn't going to charge me and just hoped it lasted until he could get my new unit installed). Customer service above and beyond A+++++ all the way!
