Dwayne is chatty as all get out, but he generally costs about 30% less than the competitor in my neighborhood, is just as fast, provides equal quality equipment. He's installed cehntral AC in a rental unit that had no central air before and fixed our furnace. After the AC there was a little problem, he came and solved it within three or four days. I don't even remember what it was anymore.
