The electricians were very enjoyable individuals, punctual, very knowledgeable and professional, which eased our minds when getting all of our ceiling fans hung, we have other electrical items that we want to have them complete. Next the carpenters re-enforced all of our closets and pantry areas, and we were to have additional shelves built in the pantry, just like what was done in three of the closets. Also they hung all of the drapes in every room in the house, excellent job! As new residents in the Waco area we have been trying to find professionals for various jobs around the house, it is unfortunate that this did not work out my husband and I thought we had finally found reliable professionals here in Waco. Unfortunately, the search continues.

I cannot say enough good things about Fernando and his team. We trusted the recommendation of our Realtor, Ellen Derrick with Kelly Realtors, who has worked with Fernando before. When we closed on the house purchase, we turned the keys over to Fernando (we were moving to Texas from out of state) and told him when we needed it all to be done. First of all, the quote Fernando gave was extremely detailed and accurate; everything was itemized so we knew exactly what was being spent where. There were changes (of course) but Fernando kept us informed every step of the way about the cost so there were no surprises. 
Fernando either called/texted/FaceTimed me nearly every day during the remodel to keep me updated on how things were going, or to show me progress, or to ask my opinion about details he was working on. When the granite backsplash broke as it was being removed (not his fault; it had been cut into and probably needed to go anyway) he brought back several tile choices for me to select from and the final product is gorgeous. 
The biggest part of the project was the master bath, which was nearly gutted. He transformed the old, tiny shower into a walk-in linen closet and made a door that looks like the rest of the cabinetry in the room! He also built a giant glass shower with windows (tempered glass) and a generous seat on one side. He removed the carpet (yuck...carpet in a bathroom?) and laid beautiful tile. I had wanted an "accent tile" in the shower but when he started laying everything out he realized it was not going to look good, so he FaceTimed me to show me and explain what he preferred to do--which looks perfect.
I could go on about all the work he did, but suffice it to say it looks amazing and we absolutely love it. Did I mention he was done several days BEFORE the deadline?
When we moved in, several neighbors stopped by to meet us and see the house, and we heard from several how impressed they were watching the work get done over the previous month. Our next door neighbor said Fernando's team was there every day and they just went in and WORKED--he didn't see them standing in the yard for smoke breaks or wasting time. They also didn't make a mess--at least not one that was left to bother the neighbors!
This was a big job--perhaps bigger than what Fernando usually does--but we were absolutely 100% satisfied and will use him again as needed.
