We have used Therrell for many years and have the same technicians come out most every time. We know one another by name and they have become familiar with our facility. When I made a follow-up call the after service they knew who I was without asking. They are very responsive and prompt. All of the staff there are courteous and do an outstanding job. I have purchased products from their store and they have steered me to a cheaper product that met the needs we had. I will not go anywhere else for locksmith services.

It was a good experience. I called in the morning and they had someone come out that afternoon and he re-keyed 12 locks. He was quick and I was very satisfied. I would use them again if needed.
