+ -1 moreYou cannot get out of paying all the extra fees they have tacked onto your monthly rent bill. They also have an outside accounting company that charges you a monthly fee to prepare your monthly bill, which if you don't check it on the computer, you may find it is incorrect a lot of the time! After we had moved in they changed the apartments from Senion living to open to adults with children. There is no security here. There are no handicap access doors! The lighting around the parking are is extremely poor if at all! You have to make an appointment to speak to the manager. They used to have (I hope it has been corrected) a rat problem on one end of the building in the trash collection room. The lady in the apartment next to the trash room complained for months about rats/mice chewing away at a wall in her apartment. They put in a Bistro a year after the complex first opened. The Bistro took up half the Great Room where all the potluck and crafts and card games take place. Consequently you only have half the room to use now and it's very cramped when you try to have a function with most of the residents.
Description of Work: This was a Senior Apartment complex..was. They overcharge everything. The lease is for 12 months, we've been here since 11/01/2011 and will finally be able to leave on 10/31/2012. The small print nobody reads tells you about the other monthly fees you must pay. $35.00 for water, $15.48 for trash, $35.00 for basic cable. If you want more than basic cable you must pay another fee to the cable company. They use Time Warner. Not all the apartments wire correctly to allow for more than just basic. Our apartment would not allow it.

+ -1 moreIt is for seniors and I would highly recommend them. It’s been open only for a year. I like everything about it and the apartments are beautiful. The maintenance is wonderful. They come and change our filters for us and light bulbs because they don’t want us to climb on something. It is beautiful and it has a dog park and it has dinning rooms. We have a restaurant on site and we have a beauty shop here which is very good. We have a library and business center. We have a beautiful pool and 2 exercise rooms with all the equipment. There is something going on almost everyday. It is wonderful. We have a bus and they take us to the bargains. They do outings with the bus and they take us out to lunch on days when the restaurant is not open. We go to wine tasting and everything. They would do anything that you want them to do. We have a wonderful group of people. I would stay here until I need to go to a nursing home. It is just delightful and we have a movie theater.
