TEAM MATUS

I leased from PVM properties for over 6 years, and during this time I was repeatedly disrespected by Vickie Matus. If maintenance was ever required on my unit, I had to contact Patrick Matus directly. While the units look nice on the outside they are completed with cheap finishes on the interior. The work is often rushed with corners being cut. For example, the carpet in my unit was not properly installed. PVM should understand if they are going to use low quality carpet that is not properly installed, it will rear out quickly. The carpet in my unit needed to be stretched as waves developed. One would expect PVM would replace the carpet every 5 years, simply due to its poor quality. Instead, they charge the residents to replace the carpet upon move-out. Although I leased the unit for over 6 years, the unit was actually lived in for less than 4 years (I lease properties across the country). With no children or animals in the unit, even decent quality carpet (that was properly installed) would not have worn out or developed this problem in such a short period of time. I have been a renter since 2001 in 3 different states and multiple cities within Texas. During that time I have never been late on rent at any of the properties (pay rent at simultaneously at multiple locations). Due to the disrespect and distain I was shown over the past six years I recommend that anyone considering leasing from PVM Properties reconsider their decision. I definitely do not recommend leasing from PVM.
