Update to review previously left. Less than a year later, the roof is leaking again - worse than before. It's true that we have a weird late 70s roof design. But why do a "repair" and take $500 when you know it's not gonna do a darn thing? Price estimate is for the portion paid for spending 20 minutes applying sealant to the roof.

Despicable people! They have refused to provide information about contents in my home. Fire was in may. They used pictures of my house without my consent for advertising. The flyer talked about how reliable they are, this couldn't be farther from the truth. Now I have a bill for 22,000 due upon receipt with no explanation. These people are crooks!! They left trash and cigarette buds all over my home. Instead of being helpful in my emergency, they have made it worse! They lied to me and told me the house was cleaned out, and started rebuilding over a burt subfloor! Don't trust these people!

The project manager and one guy showed up on the day we scheduled to do the work. All that was done was recaulking part of the kitchen, retexturing about 2 sqft of the ceiling, and spraying sealant on the affected portion of the roof. I was only charged for the work performed and the work was OK. The caulking work has already separated from the wall. I don't know what that means - cheap caulk? effects of moisture in the attic since there is still soggy insulation there? sub-par workmanship?
I just don't feel confident that we won't be dealing with the effects of the moisture from this leak in the future. I would have performed the basic handy work of spraying sealant and smearing caulk myself for free-ish had I known we weren't going to get any piece of mind at all on the water damage. We opted to just pay the bill and redo the cosmetic work ourselves when we get ready to paint those rooms. The caulking work was the least of the line items on this bill, so it wasn't worth it for me to continue phone calls, appointments, etc. over less than $100. 
The staff was courteous and responded to all calls and questions promptly. The cost seemed excessive, but I'm sure it's just standard for any contractor work. I didn't leave the transaction feeling confident, so I wouldn't never use them again & wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

The quality of work and punctuality of workers was excellent. The interaction with our insurance company was not good resulting in a delay in closure of finances. We sought relief from the company that cause the electrical event. We could not seek recovery until Target completed their interactions with our insurance company. This took nearly three months. Because of this we would not use Target again.

Paul at Target was on top of the job the entire time. Job took aprox 2 weeks to complete main part of restoration. The little items such as matching paint took a little longer. Very pleased with Paul and Target. Any issues I may have had or questions, Paul took care of it ASAP!

Their quality of work was very good. I would rate them high across the board and I would use them again in the future.

They were very very good. They came when they said they were coming and they stayed until the job was completed. A lot of people in this area tell us that they are going to be here like 8 o'clock and they show up at 11. They work a couple of hours and then go some place else and they work on another project but this was not the case with them. They were able to cleanup and they did just about everything. Altogether it was $10000. Our insurance covered all of that. We would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.
