He installed and designed the backsplash for me. He was very knowledgeable. He assisted with the overall design. He came back out to do some touch up repairs, which at that time was not under warranty. The caulking was coming loose and after 6 years he still came out and replaced it all and only charged me $30. He will travel out of town for work.
