Description of Work: Converted outdoor screened porch to an enclosed extension. Leveled concrete pad with concrete, framed in rear wall, opened up archway into kitchen, installed heat pump, electrical work, painting and finish work, misc. | |Project is in the later stages of completion now. Turnaround was quick, Sid Stanfield is very responsive, extremely attentive to details, and the work is high quality. The project has gone along quite quickly without any hitches, delays, etc. He's been quite pleasant to deal with and totally professional. | |You can undoubtedly find cheaper contractors than Professional Remodelers, but you will get what you pay for. I think the price is reasonable considering the level of service.

+ -1 moreWe have nothing but praise for Sid Stanfield and his team. We hired Sid to complete several repairs and install new doors on our recently purchased home. As with many older homes, some of the symptoms we had seen were the result of larger problems, but Sid explained the issues and offered solutions that kept us within our budget. A small hole in the roof had created a large area of rot and water damage in one wall. Sid repaired the roof, pulled the old insulation, installed new installation, hung new drywall, and matched the wall texture perfectly. He installed two new doors leading to our back patio. Sid has since returned to install an additional exterior door. Sid and his team were courteous, punctual, and in constant communication of the status of the work. Sid's standards of quality are high and his workmanship matches these standards. We have recommended Professional Remodelers to many colleagues and friends and plan on hiring him in the future when the need arises.
Description of Work: Replaced two doors, repaired roof, repaired water damaged wall, pulled & replaced insulation, patched a large section of wall, textured wall.
