 + -1 moreI started in 2/11 to obtain ideas and bids from Lawns Ltd for remodeling my patio and fountain with Patty Barry of Lawns Ltd. in Waco, TX. After significant delays she came out, prepared a plan then never could understand the type of fountain or how to order it. I kept hearing it was available here, then there, then the price was high etc. etc. She then completely forgot about me and in May, 2011 sent me an email saying she was thinking of me while in Virginia, and just forgot about my project...what?? I wasted months expecting just average service. A very disorganized, confused individual and company.
Description of Work: Requested ideas and bids for a patio and fountain remodel at my home.
