I don't have words to describe their professionalism. They know what they're talking about. They won't steer you wrong or try to sell you a bunch of products that you don't need.

I had to call them to goad them into servicing my pool, though I paid them upfront. When I called them they promised to service my pool the next day in the morning but did not. I called later that day to no effective response but another promise that they service my pool pump  sometime in the next day. Lake Air never calls you to tell you they will not show up, nor actually calls you with the cost for pool servicing. Last summer they repeatedly charged be $700-900/month to service my pool with the majority of the expense pool chemicals. This overcharging for pool chemicals is a ploy for you sign up for weekly service for $120, but with no charge for chemicals.  They grossly overcharge for chemicals when you can buy the same chemicals at Walmart for $40 which last 3 months. The problem is that they require to have a charge card number on file and they blithly spends away. So ones choice is less service but being overcharged for chemicals or other small maintenance and being charged > $600/month. Or sign up for their weekly service and pay close to $500/month. When one tries to negotiate with them to just service the mechanical end of the pool for a one week fee  they reject your business. Clearly, they know that they are guaging there clients.  Their business practices are the worst I have encountered.

If you want to waste time nagging your pool service and be overcharge without notification then Lake Air is the vendor for you!

Lastly, avoid Richard as your pool maintenance person. He is messy, killed a bush in our yard and comes to fix our pump and doesn't. He actually had the temerity to pressure me to up my service before he would agree to service my pump and then didn't.

Then he says we need a new pump and I authorized the purchase ($900) with the credit card and two weeks has gone by with me calling now daily. Again promises are maid to repair my pump,  but not filled.

I have consistently found they go out of their way to be responsive. They even came out on a Saturday to assist.

Not well with costs/ month from nearly $1000 to $400. They never call when the costs are so high.

Pool service has been inconsistent this year unlike other years. Seems to be lacking attention to detail.They do seem like they are trying to correct this.

I think they are on Angie's List. They are getting ready to put a new pool breaker box on the system because it doesn't have one. They have been good to work with. They have been very responsive. They also provide chemicals and do free testing with the water. I'm not sure if they provide an ongoing pool service with a pole in the truck; I don't know if they do that; I haven't used them for that. I take my water in myself and get it tested. They do free testing, sell chemicals and tell us everything we need, if the water is out of balance.

He made about 5 trips out, and treated the water. When that did not completely fix the problem, he recommended new filters, which would be about $400. They were installed and the pool worked better. However, a month later it was green again. And the bill was much higher than expected.

They show up, they do what is needed and their rates are reasonable.

I will continue my service contract with this company.
