Expert at consulting concrete estimates. J&B executed and installed a parking lot extension to our existing church parking area. The work requested was performed quickly and professionally. Church members are fully satisfied with the results and highly recommend J&B Concrete to do the job and to perform the work as specified.

They do good work

J&B low-balled their estimate of the excavation necessary to build the foundation. He continued to increase the cost of this aspect of the build little by little until there was a $10K+ increase. In addition, when it came time to pour concrete he quoted me a price of $115.00 per yard when actual cost was $92.00 per yard. Because of these issues and measurement mistakes during the forming process he was fired before we began to pour. I do not recommend using this contractor.

J&B construction responded immediately and dug a 200 foot trench in one day.problem solved. The price was reasonable and acceptable. I would recommend H&B for your excavation needs.

Needed a few accessible ramps to the house, plus a patio extension, and slab for a storeroom. Provided an excellent estimate, and they provided a crew for the job quickly. The work performed was expertly performed. Highly recommended!

Jose was very receptive to my ideas. He took the time to discuss with me and explain why an idea would not be feasible and provide other options. The work itself was high quality. Start to finish the job, a retaining wall and two concrete drainage ditches and clean up werre completed in about a week. I would recommend this contractor for concrete work.

Jose contacted and finished the job very promptly. They worked on probably the coldest day of the year and completed the job in 2 days. I am very pleased with the driveway and would recommend their services. Very professional and polite. Would hire again.

Would have give a 5 star across the board except they forgot the caps on my fence posts and have yet to come back and put them on. I called on the day the job was finished and he said he would bring them and put them on. That was 7 days ago and still no caps .

Make sure he gives you what he promised. He was supposed to bring in 6 to 7 loads to sandy loam and have a couple of guys spend the day filling in and smoothing the rough & low spots. He brought 3 or 4 small loads and spent less 1 1/2 hrs himself filling in one area. He was expecting the $2200.00 that we had agreed on if he did the job correctly. Did not get my money's worth. There are still a lot of rough areas not filled in. Would not recommend this contractor.

Josè and his crew did an outstanding job for me. They were extremely professional, courtesy, and their work was great. They do quality work. I would hire them again. If you need concrete work done Josè and his crew are the team you need.

Hired to remove my concrete patio. Arrived early, had work done in half a day including haul-off and cleanup. Definitely worth the price.
