We like to survey our customers to find out what they really think about our business and about auto repair in general? It can be catastrophic to operate a business without knowing for sure what your customers think and what they need and want. Simply assuming you already know can cost you your business. So we will conduct a simple customer survey after your service has been completed every time. Your responses will help me mold my business to your satisfaction. We explain to each customer what repairs his or her vehicle needs and what is needed to accomplish these repairs, step by step making sure the customer understands what is being done. We are clear about what we can do and what we cannot do. Customers will sign a written estimate, and be assured that we will let them know if there will be any changes or additional work that needs to be done before we perform any additional work. Customers hate “the 5 o'clock surprise,” i.e., charges for service to which they did not agree. Keeping customers happy isn't difficult if you pay attention to the details and take the time to make sure your customers' questions and concerns are handled professionally. But above all, strive always to fix the car right the first time and to treat the customer fairly. That’s my job, and I will guarantee customer satisfaction!
