Overall the job went well. It took several calls over about 10 days to get an estimate because Jerry was out of state. Then the day we agreed on for the estimate Jerry was ready to start removing the tree. This was a little aggressive because I didn't have much time to decide on the cost or verify his insurance. However, he waited for about 90 minutes until I was able to confirm the insurance and approve the work at the verbally agreed estimate. He requested the neighbor move their car as a precaution and within about 90 minutes telephoned to let me know the work was completed. He waited about 30 minutes until I was able to arrive home, inspect the work, and pay for the service at the agreed price. He negotiated with me on a price I could agree to, was very courteous, and performed a professional service. Before he left with a trailer of tree debris, I requested his flyer to share with others.
Description of Work: Medium sized, mostly dead sycamore tree in front yard was cut down to the stump to about an inch above the ground. Tree debris was removed from ythe ard and hauled away by Jerry.
