I would never hire this "business" unless you care nothing about your lawn and enjoy throwing your money out the window. I have wasted more time and money replacing sprinkler heads that we asked them MULTIPLE times to avoid then we did for the "services" provided. We had a major event happen when the main line to our irrigation system was cracked and his employees "didn't tell him" that it was damaged. Even after they themselves turned off my water main to this irrigation system after my entire front yard flooded in seconds. He then proceeded to avoid mine and my husbands phone calls and I was only able to reach him after I called him from a number he did not recognize. My neighbor and I have both quit using them after damages caused. Yes they are fast. Yes, they are cheap. So if those are the only boxes you need to check, then it's great. But if you take pride in your lawn and actually care about the about of money spent to maintain that lawn, PLEASE look elsewhere. 

The provider did not finished with the previous job to get to my location on time. However, he took the time to call and let me know why he was going to be late. When he arrived, he did a nice job and cleaned up.

He was not good and did not do half of what I asked him to do. He pulled my daughter over at the gas station and told her that we didn't pay him. I pulled up the cancel check off the internet and then gave it to them, so I don't need people like that. When the service is provided, even if it wasn't really good, I went ahead and paid. He had no business pulling my daughter over and doing that. I used him only one time because he didn't do a good job. If he would've done what I asked he would've been real cheap, but he didn't do it. It was strictly lawn mowing and that was it. He didn't trim any hedges or do any of that stuff. As far as responsiveness he was right there and was Johnny on the spot. You just don't pull somebody over at a gas station and humiliate them, especially when the bill is paid. You should make sure by either running a collections report each month or something. I'm sure he's got things on the computer like we do at work. When I called and talked to his wife about the payment she said that they did receive it and she did apologize for what he had done or basically gave an excuse. If you're going to run a business you need to look at your corrections report and be correct before you do that. We do the same thing because we have customers who owe us money, but I have a gentle who've I hired that calls and makes collections. He checks everything before he makes a phone call and that's your responsibility as a business owner. You don't ever humiliate your customers like that in public.

Well the first time I ever used him he was really good and the second time when I called him back he was supposed to come here and give me an estimate, but he never showed up. The first time he came in he did an excellent job. He did a flower bed for me. His price was very reasonable.

I did not think it was very good. It was not done properly and he did not have the proper tools. We tried to get him to go back out there and he did not want to. He did not trim what we asked him to do. He also needed to dig out all the weeds and grass and clean up the flower beds. He did not do it and made the excuse that he did not have the proper tools. He used all of our tools and basically did not clean it out because it was too difficult. He said he needed a special tool to clean out the weeds so it basically looked the same. There were a couple of areas that he did well on but about 90% of the beds look the same as before he did the work. He left our tools all over our land and did not even pick them up.

Excellent business, Javier had taken care my lawn since 2006 to 2011 never have a problem, they do as I request I am very picky with my plants and landscape and for the price you can be this awesome lawn care. all my neighbors asked me who take care of my lawn care and more than 5 neighbors are joining the club! excellent service!! I rent my home and the tenants are not taking care as they way suppose to so I decided to hire them again for the good sake of my plant!!! and here we go again starting this weekend .

Javier Martinez Lawncare does a good job. They're quick and pretty careful.

They are very good. The only reason we stopped using them is because my husband retired and decided he wanted to do it himself. He was referred to us by somebody. The did a real good job. We have a real low maintenance yard, he just blew leaves and racked and made everything look nice and clean and pretty when they came.
