We like that iPest is a family run business. I think the price was fair and we hope the services to rid us of rodents ASAP!

We noticed some bee activity going in and out from the vent holes of our clean out for the fireplace. The clean out is located on the outside front of the house at the bottom of the chimney. We generally saw only 20 bees at a time, so we figured the colony was just getting started and we better get it taken care of before it gets any larger. We called around, checked on Facebook and checked Angie's List for someone who could get the bees relocated without killing them. The bees never acted aggressive towards us, so we felt they should be allowed to live - just somewhere else than our house.
We received a call from John Fell, the owner of iPest Solutions LLC and he offered to come out in the morning and give us a quote. He arrived early and inspected the area where the bees were flying in and out, then gave us a very reasonable quote of $175+tax to take care of our problem for us. He left for some supplies, then returned a short while later, put on a bee suit and laid out his bee box and other supplies in front of the chimney. After working a short while, John discovered that our bee problem was much larger than first thought. Soon there were hundreds of bees in the air all around him as he pulled large honeycombs, dripping with honey and bees from our fireplace clean out and placing them in the box. The swarm got very intense around him and after gathering up as much as he could, he told me through the window of the house that he was getting stung through his bee suit and that he was going to have to kill the rest. By this time, all we wanted was the bees to be gone and we no longer cared by what method, so we let John use some chemicals to kill off the remaining bees. It took quite a while for things to calm down, but John took care of us and hauled off the bees he saved before unleashing the chemicals.
We are very pleased with John's work and we feel bad that he got stung so many times through his suit, but we are grateful to have the bee problem resolved.
Based on our experience today, we will definitely consider using iPest Solutions LLC again in the future.

I was very pleased. I was very satisfied; he really works with us and does a good job. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. It is fairly priced. He is very neat with his work, and he is very thorough. I had a little problem with some inside ants after he had left and he came back, which was covered in the contract. He worked with me on that, which I thought was very nice. Sometimes I take it that there will be stuff like that and they won't do it, but he did. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

John was on time for the appointment. Was not an alarmist ( down played termites with calm assurance that the problem had a solution). Gave me prices choices on the poison selections. Explained the insurance (each year he will come look for termites for a service call charge and re treat for free if found).
