They're very friendly, but not very detail oriented. On more than one occasion I came home to a house that was pretty clean and a bunch of bleach soaked rags in the laundry that ruined towels, shirts, and pants. I spent more on ruined clothing because of carelessness than I spent on the actual house cleaning.
There were also many times when simple things were not done. Dusting off light fixtures in bathrooms, wiping down baseboards and other things that should be standard procedures were unattended to.
All in all, they did an acceptable job given the price up until my clothes started getting ruined on a regular basis. The best thing I can say is that they are trustworthy, which is one of the most important qualities in a house keeper. Unfortunately it wasn't enough for me to keep using them, even though they're extremely personable.

Did not happen

They worked constantly and only talked to coordinate jobs and help with two-person tasks. They did an excellent job.

It did not go well...no follow up, no contact and no services!

My daughter gave me 3-hours of her cleaning ladies'' services for Christmas. Wonderful gift as my house was a mess! I took 1-1/2 days before they came to try to clear out and and quot;containerizeand quot; my clutter, as I did not want items moved out-of-place. My daughter set up appointment and advised me that the ladies, Gloria and her assistant, Rita, would arrive and quot;after 12-Noonand quot;. They were here at 12:15 and started in right away. They asked for rags and and quot;Scotch Briteand quot; heavy du ty scrubbing sponges. They were, however, okay with the scrubbers and sponges that I had available, Gloriia seemed surprised when I requested that she leave items in place and cleaning under and around them. My daughter was shocked that Gloria did not challenge me on this matter because she would never let her (my daughter) get away with it. It seems Gloria is very fond of clean, uncluttered surfaces. But she did honor my request without comment.Gloria told me she was looking for more and quot;daysand quot; and did I know anyone who needed her services? I advised possibly and that I would check out. I gave them the $90. check from my daughter for their 1st 3-hours. They had worked 1-1/2 hours over that but I paid them for 2 full hours because I was so pleased with the job they had done. They charge $30. an hour - that is $15 an hour for each of them. When I called my friend to recommend them, my friend said the charge was too high, Said she has 2 other friends, who each have cleaning ladies, who charge about $50 for 3-hours. I countered with but there are 2 of these women and they work without ceaseing and do an excellent job so is well worth the money spent.
