Was able to get in for car repair same day I called. They worked on my truck while I waited inside. Very professional, friendly and efficient. I have had all of my car and truck repair done at Freddies and always am satisfied with work they do. Will return for new hoses on truck soon. You can feel confident when they are working on your vehicle. I used to do all of the car and truck repair myself but getting older made me find a really good business like Freddies with confidence.

Our air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. They checked out our entire air conditioning system. One filter needed replacing. They took care of the problem and our air conditioner is cooling great now! They were prompt and professional and we'll definitely use them again.

I contacted Freddy kishes for tires, knowing that my ball joints were on the verge of going out I had them check those out as well after a complete inspection we determined that my wheel bearings were out too. The timing on getting my tires was fast due to a special order tire , 1 day was good the next day they completed all repairs and got me back on the rd. Very professional and quick response Thanks to willie and Freddy

I contacted Willy at Freddie's to see if he could locate new tires for my work truck. The tire store that I used previous told me that the tires I needed were unavailable. Willy made a couple of calls and had my tires within a day. I was worried that the price at Freddie's would be more expensive that the "Discount" store. My new tires were just a little cheaper at Freddie's. Thanks Willy!

I recently contacted Freddie Kish's Complete Car Care to help me solve some issues with my vehicle. Willy Stillman was the Service Advisor that helped me understand the problems with my vehicle and presented me with a solution that worked within my budget. The repairs were completed professionally in a timely manner, for the price that was quoted. I really appreciate Willy taking the time to help me understand the issues and repair process. I will continue to use Freddie's for all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Don't forget to ask for Willy!

They CHARGED to order and install again. Broke again. Went to a different mechanic....found that Freddy Kish installed struts backwards....had a left and right and they reversed. WILL NEVER EVER USE KISH AGAIN. HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY DO NOT KNOW THEIR BUSINESS.

As always, they were professional and friendly. Prices are a little high, but as a Baylor employee, I received a discount.

They did a good job, and on time; however, they are expensive. They run the place like a dealership. You pull into the portico and there's one of several service reps to meet you. If they need further expertise for diagnosis, they get one of the mechanics to look/have a test drive. High marks for professionalism, but I downgraded because I believe there are other reputable shops around which will do just as good and are less expensive.

After years of taking our Hondas to the Dealer and paying top dollar+, we decided to try Freddie's. Initially, I took my daughter's car to be checked out the week before she left for college. I told them to treat it as if this were their daughter's car, and to fix everything they could find. After spending an entire morning with it said all it needed was a battery. He could have recommended $1200 worth of unnecessary repairs, but didn't. Since then we've taken our cars nowhere but Freddie's, and our experiences have been good. They are competitive, much cheaper than the dealer but not rock bottom on price. I have no problem with that. Most importantly, I trust them. The one time a car needed expensive repairs, I knew they weren't just making it up.Tires can be bought cheaper elsewhere, but they are very good about free rotation and road hazard. I even had a comparatively (but not completely) new tire replaced for free because of an unrepairable leak in the sidewall.

Their estimate was about $300 higher than other estimates I got. They also told me I needed a bunch of things done which other places told me I didn't. I didn't end up using this company.

Delivered the car to shop. They drove me back to work. They called with diagnosis and cost. I authorized the work. They called when done. I picked up the car and paid. Car has performed well since. They are knowledge and professional. I will use them again.
