I have yet to come up with a project or repair that Frank can't handle. He's the best!

Frank did a quality job of straightening a door frame damaged by foundation movement. He was able to salvage the existing door and all the trim, and replaced the worn-out sweep on the bottom.

I contacted Frank Bajer with a request that he perform repairs of my home’s chimneys, a bay window and the replacement of a door. After visiting my home and reviewing the work to be done, he provided a written estimate of the cost of his services. After beginning the repairs, he found extensive structural damage of the bay window that required him to obtain a city permit. Mr. Bajer submitted and obtained the permit and carried out repairs that required considerably more time and materials than could have been estimated beforehand. His subsequent repairs were well planned, thorough and of the highest standard of craftsmanship. He completed all of the tasks that he agreed to perform at a very fair cost for labor and materials. I find Frank Bajer to be an exceptionally honest, dependable, and knowledgeable craftsman in whom I can give my trust. I will employ him again. He is an honorable man who does exactly what he says he will do in an exemplary fashion.

Excellent. The city inspector was very impressed with the quality and safety of the porch. We are older so we were looking for a safe solution free of risk of fall. The cost would have been $1,000 if we had not insisted on composite coverings for the rails and stairs.

The Contractor was prompt, courteous, well-versed in several construction trades, professional and skilled. He had good communication skills to understand the project, describe alternatives and made cost saving suggestions. He worked fast and completed the work very timely.

We were under a deadline and Frank made the time to come out, give us an estimate, and completed the project quickly and efficiently. His work was well done. And he left the home clean.

Frank gave us bids for three different woods. We chose redwood. He used quality equipment -- stainless steel screws, ground covering under deck, roofing nails with rubber gaskets, etc. Frank also took drainage into consideration for design and function. Due to rain and freezing weather job was held up a day or two, but if weather cleared during the day, Frank squeezed in whatever work he could. Upon completion, scrap removed, dirt spread and yard raked -- Turn-Key Job.

Frank has done work for us for years and his work is very dependable. We even joke that when he does something, he "franks" it - meaning it is hurricane-proof! You can count on him to give you an honest assessment of what is needed and the best way and/or most affordable way to fix things.
