Have used this company for many years. However, as someone else noted, service has fallen off. Parts of lawn unmowed, edging of flower beds half done or not at all. Contacted company about it but service remained the same. Sure, they’re quick (20 min for a 3/4 acre yard) and price good ($60-70 week). However, this week, the camel’s back was broken. They came for a spring mowing, missed some areas and… weed whacked some of my flower beds with flowers growing in them!! I have NEVER asked them to clean or manage my beds (nor would, just a bunch of mower guys with no experience with lawns). Contacted owners (who happen to be neighbors- considering going to their house and digging up their flower beds). ‘Sorry bout that’ is what I got. Not paying for the damage and they are fired. There are heaps of other companies. Don’t use this one.

Went well. lawn care is done every week, same day every week. Tree trimming and fertilizer is done upon request.

Expert did a good job for several years but timeliness of service has really fallen off over the past twelve months. We had to call several times when they didn't show up as scheduled and, most recently, they did not return three phone messages asking when they were going to mow. We finally switched to a different company after not hearing from them for two weeks. The price of $100 biweekly was great but not if they never showed up to actually do the work.

They pulled our dead bushes up, but they had forgotten to bring the tiller. I called several times to ask if they were going to come finish the job. I think it took 2-3 weeks for them to come back out to till the ground and put compost down. When I began to plant our new flowers I noticed that there were a lot of roots that I had to pull out myself. I would have preferred that they had done this.

They come out every other week.

The overall experience with this company was great.

I let the bill build up and then pay it.

Good. It took approximately 20 minutes to complete.

I don't have to do any lawn work myself. They are fast and reliable, and I will use them again in the future.

I did not get them off the list but from a neighbor. I spend $34.54 each time with them. I haven't found anything to dislike about them yet. They come on time and do the work and there are no problems. The workers that come out are okay, but I never actually talked to any of them. There have been no complications with them and I would recommend them to others.
