This job went extremely well. It was fast, clean and Eric was most helpful. He advised me that I needed a certain brand of fixtures, he was open and honest about what was needed to be done, what he would do, what it would cost and did it all with a great professional attitude and personality. We were out of town when we received the maintenance request from our tenants. I called Enhanced Plumbing who scheduled the appointment with the tenant, and allowed me to pay over the phone by credit card. They were very helpful and respectful over the phone.

excellent. he showed up on time, fixed the problem in about 1.5 hours, with about 20 minutes to chase down a tool, and charged a reasonable $90. Would definitely call him again.

He came out to look at the job the day before he did the work and installed the hot water heater the next day. Eric owns the company and has no other plumbers working for him. He does not advertise but gets most of his business by referrals from others. He is honest in pricing. He did not add charges to the hot water heater or parts ($425 for the water heater.) He worked four hours on the job and the total bill was $905.00, with parts. I will use him again and refer my friends to him. Since he is the only plumber you may have to wait for him to get to your job. He is probably not someone you would want in an emergency.
He works inside (repairing plumbing) and outside (putting in new water or sewage lines.) He works steady and does not rush. He also does not use the and quot;book rateand quot; used by automobile dealerships and many other plumbers. Those rates are very high and reflect prices for the slowest workers. The final bill was less than the original price quoted.

Great experience, would definitely use them again for any work not covered by warranty program.

It was perfect overall. They did it quickly and courteously and it was very good.
