They tried to sell me one tire that didn't need to be replaced. One of the tires definitely needed to be replaced. I was running on my spares and that one definitely needed to be replaced. I was told by the salesman who was trying to sell me three tires that I needed three times and that the one I didn't replace was just a little worse than the one I did replace. I had another salesman tell me that the tire that I did replace but I was told that I needed to replace was just fine. So if that one was just fine and the other one I did replace I'm wondering if I needed to have the two tires that did replace I'm wondering if one of them truly needed to be replaced. What I can say is overall I don't trust them anymore and before I'll buy another tire from them I want to up on the rack and I want to look at the gauge that they're using to measure their thread because I feel like it is possible that I was sold a tire that didn't have to be replaced at the time they were replaced. Anybody who uses them you need to be wary because they're trying to sell tires and I wonder whose interest they have at heart. The rest of Discount Tires services are all great, wonderful and fantastic and that's why I continue to use them but going forward anytime I buy a tire I want the car up on the rack so I can look at the tire before I'll buy it. He told me it was going to be 30 minutes and it was an hour and a half before I got my car.
