Real Estate Service
We have a relocation company handling our move, so I was sent a realtor from Coldwell Banker and Daniel from ERA. Immediately I knew that Daniel was the superior realtor. He is so professional, asked me about any work we had done on the house, and had done lots of research on my house and homes for sale in the area. He clearly was very knowledgeable about real estate and the market. He had many great suggestions about how to get the house sold quickly, and determined a fair price for the sale of the house while taking my opinion into consideration. He has helped me so much! Even with the purchase of a home 4 hours from here. I e-mail or text him a question or his opinion and he gets right back to me with the information I need. He is awesome!
