My television would not turn on. It had been getting difficult to turn on for a couple of weeks and then would try three times to turn on before shutting down. I called Dan's and ask for a repair. He asked what kind of TV it was. I was at work and not with the TV so I told him it was not a projection TV. I told him it was huge. When the repairman, Jim, came, he said that it was projection and he would have to take it to their shop. He was able to load it into his van alone and gave me a receipt. He did give me an estimate of price and time. Since I am difficult to get in touch with I called them when the time had passed and arranged a time for them to return the TV. Jim again came to the house and unloaded and hooked up the TV by himself. He told me what had gone wrong and answered all my questions.
