Additionally, Tommy installed multiple rodent bait stations around the exterior of your home and set traps to address the issue promptly. Subsequently, one alpha rat was successfully caught a week later, indicating progress in resolving the infestation. We also value open communication and responsiveness. Tommy consistently remained attentive and responsive to your inquiries via text, ensuring that your concerns were promptly addressed. It's important to note that we had scheduled follow-up appointments at no extra charge to further assess and address any persisting issues. Regrettably, both appointments were canceled by you.
