Extremely nice people! Two workers came and worked diligently to clean and remove smell from carpets of previous owners. They had had two large dogs, and the carpets were filthy. The carpets looked new and smelled incredibly better. Charged a very reasonable price, and the carpets were completely dry the next morning.

When I called Nationwide for information on how they cleaned tufted rugs, Mike asked me all about them and the nature of their soiling. He gave me an estimate over the phone for the carpets and for each rug individually. A real selling point for me was that they use a green, water-based cleaning method that leaves very little residue in the carpets so they aren't left sticky where they would attract future soil. The price he quoted for cleaning the carpets was quite fair ($135). He recommended taking the tufted rugs back to the shop for deep cleaning and deorldorizing although he also offered me the less expensive option of having them just surface cleaned. I thought about it for a few days and then called back for an appointment. He got me in within a week. MIke brought a helper both the day he came to clean the carpets and the day he brought back my cleaned tufted rugs. Both he and his helpers were extremely professional and polite. The carpets were spotless and odor-free. The tufted rugs had no clear signs of pet urine, though one did retain some discoloration from dog skin oils where the dog would rub her tummy. They were both fresh smelling. I was completely satisfied with Mike's knowledge, work, care, and service. I would use Nationwided again and recommend him highly.
