Scheduling and communications with the employees was pleasant and he called when on the way. Only took an hour or so and 95.00 to fix what Mr Rooter said would cost $330!
We have used Bukowski once before when a sewer drain was clogged and that was also a good experience.

Great work.

I was surprised because the price was so reasonable. They are polite, courteous and go over what is going on. My husband was out there with them and they were going around deciding what to do and what not to do. They talk it over with you, they don't just go in and do it. We haven't had to have them come back and redo anything.

So So. Plumber replaced shower cartridge. We thought he put the cartridge upside down where the hot water came on first. Recently we learned that the builder had installed the valve upside down. Wish the plumber had told us this was why the hot water came on first.

We use them all the time. They are prompt and will come as soon as they can, and you don't have to wait long. Everything they have done has help up, and we have been satisfied with them. They are reasonably priced.

Did a good job and looked professional. Left the job clean and picked up. Alot of the cost was due to bringing
up to city codes. Water heater was expensive but was a good quality heater.

Plumber more than 2 hours late for APPOINTMENT. Then, he spent more time going in and out to his truck. He must have gone in and out at least 30+ times. Didn't appear to know what he was doing...more trial and error than anything. All the time this was costing me per hour @ $80 hour. FINALLY he finished 2.5 hours later and chg'd for 3 hours.
I called a few days later and asked that the owner call me back as I was not happy with the way the service call had gone. Never rec'd a callback. Will never use this company again. VERY dissatisfied.

Work was completed in short order. Their suggestion to add coupling was very appreciated. Work completed in under an hour. Cleaned up everything. Very pleasant technician. Company owner, Paul and his brother, started this company few years ago. Have a small but knowledgeable service crew. All are very pleasant and get work done quickly. Clean up the job site too. Have used them on at least 5 or 6 ocassions. Will continue to use and highly recommend! Great to have a plumber you can count on and trust!

I could do the work myself, but I am not in Waco. They said it would take up to three hours and I said that I only wanted two hours. The guy got there at 8 am and called me at 10 and said that he needed a different tool. The next thing I know is that I have a bill for six hours to snake a line. There is no way that I can see that. When I asked them about it, they said he had to go get a tool and it was a more motorized rooter thing. It meant that he needed another guy to help him do it, so one of the hours is this other guy. That would be four hours total if they are not lying. I don't know where the other two hours came from. I haven't paid them yet. I am okay with paying $144 and even the extra hour even though I told them I didn't want that. They did get the line open. I don't think the lady I spoke with talked to the guys because I just keep getting the same bill. I had also asked them to give me an estimate to put in another shower and they didn't even address that. They did show up when they were supposed to.

They were quick to come to service my house - knew exactly what they were doing and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problems. Very pleased with the service and the professional manner of the plumber.

Took all day long!!! Plumber was a bit slow and wasn't real informative of what was going on with the repairs until after they were already complete. Not dishonest.....just quiet.

It went great.

Lee was nice and always available, but as always with plumbing, it's just outrageous what they charge!!
