Outside paint job was very poor. Missed many places. Inside painting done in three bed rooms was terrible. Did not prepare surface. Painted over dirt and cobwebs. Installed little windows,smaller than were in there in one room. Had these removed and hired a window co. to install all the windows. I had just advance a second payment to them and I fired them the next day. He never paid me the money I advanced to him, even though he signed a note saying he would and agreed to the payment schedule. He was refered by a neighbor. The neighbor has had him back to do more work. I had to hire a painter to re-do everything this guy tried to paint. I contracted out each job and my house looks fine. This guy is a lier, cheat and does not know how to paint or replace windows. The local window company that did the job was the one that was listed on the contract to be the supplier of the windows that Wilson used. He said he had never seen windows like Wilson tried to pass off on me. In my opinion, Charles Wilson should be barred from ever doing any work in the state of Texas. He owes me prox $8000.00.
