After examining the safe, walked me through the options on what would be required to get it open. Tried the first option of getting the original combination, but it had been changed. Decided that I wasn't going to try anything else.
Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about his craft. If I ever decide to pursue getting this safe open I will definitely call again.

I was not in town and I had a complicated situation. Laurie and Jim were so kind in helping me with a solution to my problems, going over and above the call of duty, and giving me needed information. Jim even hand delivered the keys to the hotel I would be staying at, so I could have immediate access into the house when I got there.
