My experience was good, straight forward and professional.

Troy was the perfect buyer's agent. I contacted quite a few agents before I spoke to Troy and he was different from the start. He listened carefully to my family's needs and wants, instead of nudging us to properties that were bigger or more expensive than we wanted (which other agents had done).
Because he listened so carefully to our preferences he did not have to point us towards very many properties. We ended up purchasing the third property we seriously looked at. Troy was also fantastic at explaining the pros and cons of different areas and developments. He knows the Waco area extremely well and this shined through in our conversations. He is also not afraid to be constructively critical of a property that someone is interested in. It is clear that Troy wants his clients to be happy with the purchase process, but also happy living in the house too. 
Troy was there to helpfully guide us through the entire process. He made finding a house easy, he made finding a mortgage company easy, he made negotiating a contract easy, he made the home inspection easy, and he made closing easy.
Troy is always easy to contact, whether by phone, text or email and never seems bothered by a clients needs or questions.
He even helped us after closing, as we were not moving immediately. So I can speak from experience that his desire to serve his clients isn't just about collecting a paycheck.
Troy is a great buyers agent and I highly recommend him.  Anyone moving to the Waco area  would do well to use his services, you'll be glad you did!

What I liked best about my experience with Troy Sorenson as my realtor, was the fact that he listened to what I was looking for. He asked questions about what I wanted in a new home as well as what my children wanted. He found the perfect home for us. He then helped me, as this was my first time to buy a home, every step of the way. He was available for any questions I had. He was able help direct me to the people I needed for services for home. He answered questions about home warranties, closing costs, and all kinds of things in between.
He was never too busy to help with my questions. He even let me look at the house several times to make sure it was the one I wanted. There was even a situation that delayed my being able to purchase the house. Months later, when I was able to buy, he found the house still on the market and made sure I knew.  The house fit my family so perfectly. 
Buying a home as lots of ups and downs and is stressful. Lots of questions come up and many unexpected things arise. It was great to have a realtor like Troy Sorenson, who helped relieve the stress.

We had a difficult time with the mortgage company and Troy went above board to keep the process moving
and tend to our needs.  He always returned phone calls and was very helpful to us.

This was an amazing experience while working with Troy to buy our first home. This was the first time to ever buy any property and he walked us through step by step.
