They were prompt, very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.  They were very responsive.  They called us back several times.  They communicated well.  We are going to have them do the painting work for us.

Juan Arjon and his father came out on Saturday, April 2nd to quote the job. They gave us a quote that was half that of others to do the same work. They started on the Tuesday and finished on Saturday. The job was done well and the house looks great. They were careful in how they did it and did not overspray onto the brick. We would definitely hire them again.

It could not have gone better. Juan gave us references and those people gave them glowing reviews. The Arjons are a son and father team and they were polite and professional. We gave them a housekey and the alarm code and they were completely trustworthy. They answered phone calls promptly and were very nice men. I recommend them highly and would use them again.

On July 17th, 2008, I received an estimate from Arjon Painting (two employees showed up, I don't know their names) to paint my master bedroom and master bathroom. The estimated price for the job was very good so on Monday, July 21st I called them back to hire them. They said that they would be there on Monday, July 28th, to do the job. My wife and I completely cleared out our bedroom and bathroom in preparation for the job. We removed all blinds in both rooms, moved out the furniture including our bed, took off all wall plates, took the back off of the toilet, etc.. We were sleeping on a mattress in our future baby room. On Monday, July 28th, I was waiting for the painters to show up as agreed. When they did not show up I called Arjon Painting. The person that I talked to said, "Oh yeah, we got behind a few days because of the rain that was supposed to come. I forgot to call you." I told him my situation and he said that he couldn't be there until Thursday or Friday. That is impossible for us because we are going out of town for a week on Thursday. I told him that he needs to let people know when he cannot make a job. He just said that he couldn't make it. He never offered up any apology or solution. Now we've got these rooms ready to be painted and I'm going to have to paint them myself because I have no other solution at this time.
