My clutch was slipping in my 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 and I left the truck with the dealership to have it repaired last October. They called me the next day and said I needed a new transmission. I told them I will come and get my truck in a couple hours, that the problem was the clutch. The service lady said she would call me right back. 20 minutes later she called and said "you're right, it does need a new clutch" and also expressed to me how important it is for a new flywheel. 6 days and $4,300 later, I get in my truck and within 200 miles the transmission fails at 75 miles/hr. I brought it to another transmission shop and they found no fluid in it at all. I know that the guys at Allen Samuels drained my fluid and never replaced it hoping I would have a $8,000 bill to pay them. |I also heard they perform this to other customers as well, to get the work and sell parts. I will never by another Dodge product if I can help it
