The service is excellent. I've been to them three times and all of it has been in the past year. I liked what they did. I've been twice for an oil change. The last time, it was time for all the filters and everything. I've also used their collision department. We had somebody probably back into our truck and they did an excellent job of fixing that. Then, just a couple of weeks ago, it was raining and my dad had an accident. Now, they're doing some major work on the truck. I didn't even think twice before I had the tow truck take it back to them. We had a bad rain and the police said that there were 35 wrecks all over the town. They originally told my insurance person that they were backed up and that they couldn't get to the truck for two and a half weeks. So, she was trying to get me to take it someplace else and I said, "Well, wait a minute. Let me call them." I've got to have it done because I need to make another trip early October and they're making it happen. They don't want to lose my service and they are making it happen. What they're doing right now is over $13,000. Before, on the collision, it was $1700. When I had it in for an oil change, it was less than $100. But, at the time when I had to have all the filters and everything - everything needed new stuff, it was almost $1500. That was a major thing. They made sure to provide me transportation wherever I needed to go when they were working on it. They couldn't have been any nicer.

They sometimes do a good job and sometimes they don't. We use them because we bought our cars from them. It is kind of expensive; I think that they charge me much. Sometimes they take a long time to find the problem. They kept one of cars for three weeks before they finally figures out what was wrong with it.

In both cases they did the work that they promised. They weren't cheap, but they did the work that they said and they did it well. They are very professional and I have been very pleased with them.
