House Leveling and Foundation Repair did an excellent job on our house! We
purchased a 1905 home which we are going restore and they were recommended to
us by our restoration contractor, Magnolia Homes. Jimmy Meeks, the owner of Advanced
House Leveling and Foundation Repair, contacted us directly before work
started. We were given a thorough review at our home so that we understood the
scope of the work needed and how the work was going to be performed. When work
was almost halfway complete, it was found that the methodology used to shore up
our home was going to be insufficient to completely level our house and
maintain a good foundation without some re-settling problems. Jimmy re-analyzed
the project and determined that a much more aggressive method would be needed
to ensure that our house would be problem free and as level as possible.
Showing true honesty and excellent business ethics, Jimmy informed us that he
would bring in his top building leveling people to work on our home to perform
the intricate and more extensive level work that was needed. He did all of this
for us and still maintained the original contracted price to do the work. We
