Failed to show up at all! Failed to call to inform me they couldn't make the appointment, no contact, no nothing. Very irresponsible and unprofessional, no excuse for flakiness like this.

They were professional and efficient. It has been a year since the service was preformed and the work has held up wonderfully. There are no dips in the fence and it is very straight.

I was pleased with the quality of the work.

The start up was delayed about three weeks but once work began it went very well, only taking about a week from beginning to completion. I felt like the workers did a very good job, were very professional and conscientious. If I had one criticism it would be that maybe they were over-scheduled. A couple of times they planned to come early in the day and only showed up late-afternoon because they were sent somewhere else first. One thing that surprised me was the follow up. About a week after completion of the job the company sent two workers out to check for any problems, split boards, etc. They very carefully went over the fence one board at a time and replaced any problem boards. This was very impressive to me. Overall, I'm very happy with the appearance of the fence and the usability of the gates. I would definitely use Ace Fencing Company again.

Contracted for the to install a wrought iron fence to your yard giving them a month lead time. They took almost three months, had to reinstall portions of the fence due to bending the fence panel to go around a small tree instead of having the tree cut down, miss hanging the fence panels so they were not level, redo welding at gates due to poor weld that would not hold, rehang gate due to not installing it properly and it sagged. They took three times longer than expected or agreed to. They changed an extra $900.00 over the estimate at the end. Very poor service, and poorly installed fence, did not order the correct amount of fencing for the measured perimeter of the yard. All in all a very poor job and I definitely will not recommend them to anyone.

The main issue we had with them was the response time. It took quite a few days after the initial contact by phone before anyone actually showed up to give us an estimate. Then a long time before they sent the estimate, which we approved. After the approval we did not hear back for days about them coming out for the repair work. When they finally arrived unannounced to fix the gate, I just happened to be home. The whole process from the initial contact till the repair was done took about 5-6 weeks. Once here, they were very professional and did a good job.

I was very pleased with the work they did. However, their responsiveness was very poor. I had to call them on three separate occasions. They missed two scheduled times but finally came on the third. They did do excellent work. The quality of the work was excellent and the guys were very good.

Overall we were satisfied with the fence and gates but repeatedly disappointed in the professionalism of the lady who scheduled and organized the project. She was very friendly and seemed to understand what we expected but the men who came to install the fence did not arrive as expected, and they did not seem to know we had expected them the day before. When we reviewed with them what we wanted done they told us it would take a day longer than we had originally been told. Again, the fence is nicely done and solid and should serve us for years to come. Last week, however, I called to have someone give me an estimate on having a dog run installed and have yet to have my call returned. We were hoping our disappointing experience might have just been a fluke but now are led to believe that is not the case. We have decided to call someone else for the dog run and to replace the back portion of our fence within the next year or so.

Our beginning was a bit rocky. They were supposed to come out on a specific day at 5:00p to give me the estimate and didn't show until the next day. They were supposed to be here Saturday at 1:30 to put the fence in. Nobody showed up, nobody called. Then first thing Monday morning, to his credit, the gentleman I'd been dealing with called me before I had a chance to call him. He said he did not know until he arrived at work on Monday that the job had not been done. They showed up Monday evening and put the posts in, left them overnight to set, then finished the fence finally on Wed. afternoon. After all is said and done, I am happy with the job they did.
