I must first say that most A/C follks in the Waco Area won't even attempt to fix our Celiera Ductless Minisplit Unit. They are VERY difficult units to work on and the tecchnical support in the US and in China are EXTREMELY difficult to locate or to gett information or parts from.
We had one company come out...charge us $175.00 to put freon in the unit...it worked for 4 or 5 days then stopped heating again, and they company would not come back out. Then we called A/C Solutions, and a solution was what we got!
Kyle and Wes worked diligently over a period of a few weeks researching and trying to fix our unit. It took longer than expected, because when the part came in from China, it was broke and needed to be reordered.
To make a very long story short, at first Kyle and Was were not able to correct the issue and were not going to charge us a dime, because they were unable to get the unit to work properly. I asked them to try one more time to see if they could get it working by contacting a specific technician at AC-World, and volia...the unit works and has not gone out since then.
A/C Solutions could have charged us an arm and leg for the many hours they spent trying to fix our Ductless Minisplit Unit, but they only charged us $150.00. We were totally shocked! We will be in need of a new large A/C Unit in the next couple of years, and we would not go anywhere else! Thanks Kyle and Wes!!

We had a problem with the thermostat and he went and got a new one and installed it. It worked well for few days but after that it went bad and so I called him and he came back and he replaced it again at no charge and he did the service on our AC unit. They are excellent workers and they treat you with respect. They do excellent work. They keep their appointments on time and they don't tell you that they would be there at 10 am and show up at 3pm or the next day. Every time I had a concern he came right away and cleared away the problem. I would not use anyone else but him.
