Advantage Plumbing Co

I called many Plumbers telling them I had a water leak that I couldn't find.  Most suggested I get a leak detection company first.  When I called Advantage plumbing I was able to talk to a plumber and told him of my problem.  I told him I had checked everything but couldn't find any obvious leak.  He asked if I checked the toilet I said yes.  Since I had no visible water anywhere in the yard he said it was most likely the toilet.  He asked if I had any food coloring and I said yes.  He told me to put a few drops in the tank and wait a few minutes.  I was skeptical because I couldn't see no hear any water running.  After about 30 seconds I see blue water coming into the toilet. I couldn't believe it but I DID have a small leak.  I went to the hardware store and replaced my old float valve with a new one that cost $15.  Tried the food coloring test again and no leaks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
