Woodworks started the job later than expected. Somedays they would say they were coming and then they would not show up. I would call the office and was always told that the workers were and quot;busy on another joband quot; and they would be there later. I wasted a lot of time waiting around on them. They wanted to piece the wood thresholds rather than use one piece of wood. When I requested that this be corrected the owner (Raul) became indignant and said I would not have known it was incorrect if someone had not told me. He had to order the correct size thresholds and then pulled up the incorrect ones and left my home looking and quot;unfinishedand quot; for three weeks until the new ones came in. He (Raul) also wanted me to pay him before the job was completed. I paid him all but $1,000 and he became angry and said that since I had not paid him the total amount it would take them longer to complete the job. They finally finished and I paid them; however, the workmanship was inferior. They did not repalce the electrical floor plug in my living area. They tried to reglue the old plug cover that was there when we had white carpet. Their effort left me with a floor plug that was popped out of the floor and glue all over the area around the plug. I had to have another service provider come and replace the plug. Woodworks also did not nail down the shoe molding very well as it is starting to come loose in several places. I have called them numerous times and they have always said they will have someone call me back but I have never receives a return phone call. I could not recommend this company to anyone.
