The battery went bad when my wife's 2003 Infiniti Q45 was about 3 years old. (Approx 2006) About every 2 years since that time the Nissan battery has gone bad in this car and has had to be replaced. This morning my wife went out into the garage to drive her car to a funeral and it would not start. She took my vehicle instead. I jump started her car and drove it to Victoria Nissan to get another battery.. Each time the battery has been replaced over the years; I have only had to pay around $25 to get a new battery since the battery was always still in warranty. Well, this time the certified mechanic, Tom Bethel, took a longer look at the car and discovered that the battery in the car was the wrong battery. It was a battery for a small Nissan car instead of the V-8 Infiniti. I guess over the years they had been replacing the wrong battery with the same type wrong battery. The battery looked fine; but, internally it had less cranking amps. Luckily Tom found the problem and replaced the battery with the correct battery at no charge to me. Needless to say I was very happy. In the past Victoria Nissan has helped me with a pulsating problem with the brakes on this car. Normally you would just turn the rotors to correct this problem; but, not on this car... It was an ongoing problem and Tom Bethel at Victoria Nissan figured it out.
