When my transmission was going out my regular mechanic recommended these guys and I'm glad he did. They didn't rush through their work and the quality of the repair has been great. The lady who works in the office is really friendly, too.

If it was something they didn't feel was up their alley they always told me so I could take the car to a dealer. I believe them to be 100% trustworthy. Lots of my friends have used Victoria Automotive also... This is a long time local family business. Good people.

I had to have my Mustang towed in (using the service they recommended) thinking my water pump went out. The wrecker service was very respectful of my car and was very reasonably priced. When i initially called to make the appointment I was told they wouldn't be able to look at my car until the following day. However they called a couple of hours later with the diagnosis (thermostat issues) and estimate. They were still thinking i wouldn't get my car back until the next day, however they called a few hours later and said it was ready. Less than 9 hours total!! Everyone there was very nice. And better still, it was less then they quoted me! This is not the first time I've taken my Mustang there (had the clutch replaced a couple of years ago) and I would absolutely use them again! Excellent service!

called and told them I had a and quot;check engineand quot; light and needed them to diagnose it for me. They told me they were covered up with work and may not be able to get to it that day. I took the vehicle to their shop and left it and was told that they would and quot;work it inand quot; for the diagnose and if it was not too big a job would get it done that day but if it turned out to be a larger job it would have to wait a few day. They called me about an hour later and told me it needed a new thermostat and would cost about 150.00. They called me in about 2 more hours and said the car was ready.

Good shop. Good reputation in the community.

I have been dealing with these people for probably 20 years and they are excellent. They are very trustworthy and it is very easy for that reason. They are very honest and do excellent work. I have spent as much as $1000 on a visit and as little as a free visit. He is the best.
