When I came in I was greeted and shown to a exam room. The vet. Tech came in and introduced herself and was very caring to my puppies condition. The vet came in after to a**** the dogs condition and reaffirm the vet. Tech diagnoses. As a final procedure they explained the treatment and scheduled a return visit. They then sent me to the front desk and I paid the bill, which was not as expensive as I had anticipated. All of this was done in a timely and professional manner.
