I took my Rainbow vacuum cleaner to Tom's Vacuum because the hose had pulled loose from the handle. I was thrilled when they called the next day to say that my repair was complete and the charge was $20. A screw had come loose and fallen out. They replaced the screw and added extra glue to make certain the hose was secure.
Rainbow Vacuum cleaners are expensive; a new hose component is approximately $200. Because I know NOTHING about vacuum cleaners, I wouldn't have questioned them if they'd said that component had to be replaced. I could have easily been taken to the and quot;cleanersand quot; but, luckily, that didn't happen.
I didn't buy my vacuum cleaner from Tom's...it was a gift. But, I would highly recommend Tom's Vacuum for any vacuum cleaner purchase or repair. They are high on my list! Efficient! Honest! Reasonable! Right on the corner!
