Here by 4 and done by 5 and I had my air back on! Very grateful for his help and super knowledgeable and gave me a few tips to watch out for to prevent the issue again. Thank you so much!

Very well. It was recommended that a 2.5 ton unit be installed but when I said I wanted a 3 ton unit he complied. Unit is quiet and follow-up checks were done.

Thomas was very good at explaining what the problem was and how to get our AC unit running again, we called different AC repair specialist and most of them said to replace everything with bids between $5,000 -$7,000. No way we could paid that much!

Very good. Mr. Thomas was prompt and courteous, did the repairs on the spot. Working fine since.

Came on same day as initial service call.  Units are 16 years old and he could have pretended a much more serious issue existed and I wouldn't know the difference.  Both up and running in short time at minimal expense,  Total cost included service call to a rural location about 30 miles outside Victoria, TX.

Another a/c company in town had the warranty on the a/c units in our home. That company was unreliable and did not resolve the a/c issues. Tommy came to the rescue! He is dependable and whatever needs to be done is taken care of correctly the first time.

Mr. Warner discussed all the different types of units available, gave me the positive and negative of each and let me decide which unit I thought would be best for me. He then quoted a price for what he thought would be the scope of work and told me how long he thought it would take. When he got here to do the actual work he discovered the previous unit and duct work was not installed properly and he had to replace everything and do all the duct work all over so that it actually went to the ducts in the house. Instead of 4 hours it wound up taking right at 12 hours. I assumed he would charge me for all the extra time and supplies but he didn't. He simply said it was all just part of doing business. Some days you come out on top and some days you don't. I paid what was quoted and not a penny more. I could not be happier.

Thomas was awesome. It was the middle of summer with 102 degree temperature outside. We had the old air conditioner out and a new one in in just a little over 24 hours, this is after being told it might be anywhere from one to two weeks by other companies. When it is 96 degrees INSIDE your house....that means a lot. The work was meticulous. My husband is really hard to please and he was truly impressed with the excellent installation....every detail "perfect". Would highly recommend and will use again for certain if needed.
