Pat arrived on time. He was friendly, congenial, and honest. He was very thorough. He explained everything. He allowed me to follow him all over the place. He actually encouraged questions and answered them honestly. He took pictures throughout. He went up on the roof and into the attic. He tested everything. He pointed out electrical errors and future problems with the wiring. He told me things I needed to fix and even pointed out that the mulch in the front yard was too high next to the building. He was very professional. He goes above and beyond. He treats the inspection like he was taking care of his own house. I highly recommend him. Excellent work.
