Sal was so nice, professional, and was not going to charge me anything for his time and effort. He was very gentle with my cat and was able to bring him down in a relatively calm state for the situation. It was so nice to meet such a caring person - he turned a stressful situation for me and my cat into a very happy ending. Thank you so much!
