Mr Ramey explained that our home was not in his service area but did go the extra mile by taking the time to find a competitor and calling back with the iformation.

We had a "flood" caused by an ice maker in our refrigerator. Mr. Ramey came and fixed what he thought was the problem, but there continued to be some extra moisture. So, he fixed the refrigerator again, but did not charge us until we were sure the problem was truly fixed.This is not the first time Mr. Ramey has treated us so kindly. It is routine customer service for him.Mr. Ramey takes care of our freezers, refrigerators, washing machine and dryer and has for many years.
