AC had been out for a week. Waiting on Home Warranty to get someone. They send these guys out and they did a stand up job. Had AC running and cooling before they left on the same day

Came out less than one month ago said nothing was wrong with AC- but could may be a little dirty. Asked for bid to clean. Said he would have boss call us. Have not heard from them. AC still not cooling right. Called again to have them come out. No return call yet and waited all day for call. It's south Texas people- temps in the 100....

They are honest, they don't try to sell you something you don't need, their prices are reasonable, and their quality of work is excellent.

The unit was replaced in Dec. and banned because of the 10 rating eff in Jan. No information was offered that would have allowed us to upgrade and pay for an efficient unit. The unit was overrated for the existing outside unit - (condenser) which caused us to have to later replace it. The workmanship was unprofessional large enough holes to put 4 fingers in were left in the ductwork that caused the air from the attic to be sucked into the house. This was bad air to breathe, doubled the electric bill and raised interior humidity 70%. All of their work had to be replaced and repaired by another not so great company. Pure Air would not return calls and did all of their work when we were not at home. They never made appointments just showed up. The wiring caused breakers to trip by hooking up too much KW on the heat side. Drip pan was not installed and caused leaking. All of this was found in the first days of installation. We have a better advantage of recognizing the poor work because of my husband being a Master Electrician and working with home construction. In attached picture you can see the misalignment and the towel shoved in the hole by us to stop the pulling of the dusty attic air.
