Over all, the entire process went very smoothly. He was always available (usually on site and works with his crew) or his crew could take directions and relay messages.

The details are pretty much all in the above description of the work.  But I'll add that Mr. Vasquez (Primo) was personally on the job site directing his crew the entire time they were working, and he made sure they did everything exactly the way he wanted it done.  The result is beautiful -- a high quality job, on time, and for a reasonable price.  I'm very satisfied.

My husband contacted Mr. Vasquez at a job site. He came to our house and stated that he would email him an estimate the next day. The next day he sent the email with the quote and a complete breakdown of everything it covered.
He said he had a break before he was to start a big job, and said he'd start on Friday at 3:00 pm. He and his crew actually showed up at 1:00 and got right down to business. They worked until about 6 pm, and started promptly at 8 am Saturday. They took off Sunday, but they finished Monday evening.
The roof looked great and they stayed with the quoted price.
We were very happy with everything about their work. We plan on having them add a room to our house.

Vasquez roofing built a patio roof for our newly extended patio. He tied it into our existing roof and it looks like it was originally built into the house. You cannot tell that this an addition. The quality of their work is incredible. They measured and remeasured.and made sure that everything was square. The roof exactly matches our existing roof. Then they built a treated wood railing all around the patio. It looks fantastic. I plan to use them to install a shower in our upstairs bathroom this winter. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work as well as their starting and working to completion in a timely manner. Also they wrote a detailed estimate and explained everything that was being done. They cleaned up when the job was completed.. I highly recommend them.

First off the house is 100 yr old 2 story wood frame on pier and beam . They showed up a week or so after the contract was signed ,and 2500.00 was put down. They started on the upper roof tear off. By the end of the day they had the front half tore off and felt down in case it rained. The next day finished tear off on upper part, felting daily. Then the lower part was done ,tear off and felt, in two days. Started shingles the next day and finished in a total of seven days. There was decking wood and trim replaced due to water damage,at no extra cost . Overall Primo did a good job . He did everything in the contract. The only thing I didn't like was during tear off, more care should have been taken to protect plants from falling material. The old roof was leaking so after the new one was installed I couldn't wait until it rained. it did the next day. Anybody need any good drip buckets? Now its time to paint!
