Pete Canales Auto Detailing

This is the 2nd time we've used Pete. The first time went fairly well but he forgot the 3rd seat.
This time, he did not show up on the scheduled date. Called him and he apologized, had to take his mother to the doctor.  No problem but he should have called me. Rescheduled.... he didn't show up again because it had rained earlier that day. He did not call me and let me know he wasn't coming. I had to call him yet again to reschedule. He said he would pick my car up around 9am. At noon I called him. He said he was doing another car and would pick mine up right after lunch.  He actually showed up this time.
When I got the car back I was very disappointed. First, he quoted me $45-55, but charged me $75. There were places that didn't get washed on the outside, the carpet still had dirt and stains, the floor mats had not been washed. The passenger seat was still dirty. The drink holder had places left uncleaned. The trunk was barely touched. Door edges were sloppy.
