Sears sales representative arranged for P&L Construction to install stove.
P&L Construction are a husband and wife team (they had 1 helper for our job)
New stove was bigger than old stove and kitchen counter would need to be modified.
Sales rep strongly recommended P&L for this job.
Sears rep and I contacted them on a Thursday and they called back by the end of the day and giving me a tentative estimate of $275 plus parts (at cost...no markup).  They were able to go to our home the next day (Friday) to see what modifications were actually needed.  Estimate was the same $275 plus parts.
They are very busy but they were able to fit us in within two weeks since our old stove was out of order.
Though there was no communication with them for two weeks they arrived promptly and got right to work.
I asked a couple of questions on what exactly they were going to do and they gave a detailed explinations...I was very satified with the man's explanation and felt very comfortable that I had pick the right crew for the job.
The kitchen counter modification and stove installation took about a total of 2 hours.

It went great everything was excellent. did a great install for me.

It was a great relationship between client and customer. Work done was awesome,especially since there wasn't a square corner or level floor to work with. Everything had to be precisely measured. I am extremely happy with their work.

I was very pleased with everything they did. I feel like they went above and beyond because they picked everything up from the store and then had to go back to pick up some material that was not part of the original job and they didn't charge extra. It took 3 days from start to finish and the bathroom is just beautiful now. They were so careful to cover anything that might get messed up when they were moving material into the house or taking the old stuff out. It is so nice to deal with honest people who do what they say they will do and charge what they say they will charge. I couldn't be more happy.

They were wonderful. They were really good. They did an excellent work. They didn't charge me extra for the part of board that they had to repair. They showed up when they said they were going to. They told us exactly what it was going to cost. The work was done professionally when they said it would be done. We are very pleased with them. I call and leave a message if I have to talk to him. Then he or his wife would call me back. The man was very knowledgeable about what could be done. She would tell me upfront whether the work would be done or not. I needed them to look at my air conditioner and she told me that they would not be able to do that; and I would have to contact a professional for that. She told me right away what he could do. I would use them in the future.
